As Ricky Bobbie would say, "if you're not first, you are last" and it couldn't be more true for Drivible document cataloging.
Drivible uses AI and machine learning to read and understand your documents, which helps with labeling and cataloging to make your documents more searchable. But as AI can take up lots of processing resources, we only process the first page of your document stack through our AI models. Therefore, the first page of your scan or pdf must match the document type's model.
DO NOT USE COVER PAGES AS THE FIRST PAGE.
Repair Orders
When using the Document Type 'Repair Order', it is important that the first page is your document or scan is the Repair Order cover page. Or the first page that has all the client, vehicle and service information. The same page as your technicians would see or checking in a client.
The first page of your Repair Order document stack should look something like this...
Deals and Deal Packs
When uploading a deal or delivery deal Pack, the first page should be the first page of a Sales Contract. Cover sheets or costing sheets should not be the first page of the the pdf document.
Incorrect field recognition
Some dealerships and car brands use document formats that are significantly different from other DMS, dealerships, or brands even within a dealership group. As we use Artificial Intelligence to understand your documents and recognise fields, in some cases we may struggle to find the fields within your documents. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can train our AI model on your specific documents. We usually only need around 100 docs!
