Most users save documents directly from their DMS or scanner by sending them via your dealerships unique email addresses. To find your unique email address follow the steps below.
Saving a Sales Deal Pack
Step 1. Go to Deals
Step 2. Go to Menu
Step 3. Go to Email Import
Drivible has two types of status for Sales Contracts
Deals - Contracts that are signed but not delivered
Deliveries - Dealer Packs that are delivered
To save a deal pack, you need to send your documents to the Deliveries email address
This email address can be saved into your multi-function scanner for efficient scanning or can even be programmed into some DMS.
Your document will appear within a few minutes in your Summary Pane along with key fields that are automatically extracted with AI.
You can view the document, open in a separate tab or download.
With Drivible, you can also save other types of documents where each has it's own unique email address. Your dealerships unique email addresses can be found by going to Admin, Upload Addresses.
