Note: As of 19/12/2024, Bulk Documents has superseded Bulk Uploads. Every bulk document upload incurs a cost of $2 per successful upload, with dealerships receiving $10 per month of credits pooled across active users.
For example; your dealership has 18 active users as of 1st of February 2025. Your dealership receives $180 of credit (90 uploads) for Bulk documents uploaded in January 2025.
All documents uploaded also incur a cost of 0.10c per document, with dealerships receiving $10 per month of credits pooled across active users.
As per the example above, your dealership also receives $180 (1800 docs) of uploaded Documents for the month.
If applicable, these costs will be waived for current dealerships until the 1st of March 2025.

Note: Bulk Document uploading is designed for the separation of a common document type (i.e Repair Orders or Payable Invoices) and is for documents that contain at least 2 examples (ideally more). For individual documents, it is easier, quicker, and cheaper to send your individual documents directly via your unique email upload addresses.

Don't Separate
This option is mostly for the Bulk Uploading of Documents where it is not needed that each individual document is available as its own labeled and individualised document.
However, all content is extracted and is still searchable via the universal search.
Drivible Code
Using the Drivible code is still the most accurate method for separating documents, however the newest version of Bulk Documents has improved text extraction so the sourcing of the Drivible code is now more reliable, accurate and quicker.

This code can be located anywhere on the first page of each repair order, but should be clear from clutter and other text and should be clear of markings. The use of a customized stamp has proven very effective, but the most efficient method is that your DMS prints this code on the first page of each Repair Order.
Your document will typically take between 8 - 24 minutes to process and separate, depending on the size of the document and the backlog of other bulk uploads at the time. The status will be updated to Completed once finished.
Once finished, your documents will be available in the Service pane and also within the Service section of the Bulk Document Upload.
RO# Separate
Dealers can now separate their Repair Orders without the need for the Drivible code. Once uploaded, simply confirm the Repair Order# that is extracted from the first page of your upload.
Our advanced system will then scan your entire bulk document and look for other repair order numbers that are similar yet different from the example on the first page. We then locate the first instance of that repair order number and separate it on the preceding page.
To work effectively, the orientation, font size and format must be consistent throughout your bulk document. For example, if your dealership has a different repair order format for different brands - these should be uploaded separately.
Automatic DocAI Separate
For the first time available for car dealers, Drivible can now separate your documents using the latest LLM Artificial Intelligence. Simply upload your bulk document and confirm the repair order number on the first page. Our AI model will then use your existing repair order documents, data and fields, to intelligently predict document boundaries.
To enhance the performance of AI separation, consider also uploading your dealership's service repair data from your DMS to drivible via csv uploads.
Like other separation methods, your documents should be ordered with the repair order being the first document with preceding forms and documents (eg. warranty claims, OEM diagnostic etc.) following the relevant repair order.
The repair orders uploaded should be in a consistent format where the Repair Order # size and location are the same in each repair order. Different document formats should be uploaded separately.
Searching for your separated documents
Once separated, your individual repair orders are then sent to our DocAI model where fields are extracted with the power of AI. These fields are up-weighted in the search content for your document and ensure that you can find your document through our universal search.
In addition, the text content from the original 'master' bulk document is indexed and also forms part of the search content for this document. When searching for your repair order, you will notice that the separated document AND the original document are found.
