Upload, store, and find any document with ease

Updated over 6 months ago

Drivible has created bespoke document types for car dealerships, which leverages the power of AI to label and index your documents automatically. However, not all documents in the dealership need customized AI models.

We have the following bespoke document types with DocAI:

  • Deals (Sales Contracts & Invoices)

  • Service (Repair Orders & Invoices)

  • Finance (Applications)

  • Parts (Invoices)

  • Accounts (Payable Invoices)

For everything else, you can use the "Other Documents" feature

Creating an Other Document

  1. Navigate to "Other Documents" and click the [+] create button

2. Drag and Drop your document or browse your computer to upload it

3. Create a descriptive Document Title that will be helpful when searching

4. Select an existing Document Type or create a new one

Creating a Document Type

If you're creating a new Document Type:

  1. Click [+] by the Document Type field

  2. Create reference labels to assist with searching

  3. Select which Dealership Roles should have access

  4. Choose any particular users who should also have access

  5. Click [Create]

Note: Group and Dealership Admin users will have access to ALL documents regardless of access levels.

If Dealership Roles and Users are left blank, ALL users in the Dealership will have access.

Editing a Document Type

  • Reference Labels and Access can be edited for individual documents but will default to the Document Type settings when one is selected

  • To edit the Default Labels and Access for a Document Type, click the Edit button (which was the [+] Create button) for that Document Type

  • Click [Save] when you're satisfied with the labels and access levels
