There are many reasons why you may want to import data from your DMS, either way with Drivible it is easy. Simply create a scheduled csv report in your DMS and send that report to your unique email address.

Step 1. Create a csv report in this format as per the attachment below Make sure that the column headings are the same.
Step 2. Find you unique email address.
Use this email address with your scheduled report.
How can this report be used?
Now your Service Repair Order list has data for what is in your DMS, versus what has been scanned. You can compare the two, to deduce to audit what scans have been missed within your processes.
Deliveries
A dealer can also import their current and prior deliveries into Drivible. This can be handy to tidy up data that may have been incorrectly OCR during scanning and also serve as an audit for correct document scanning.
