How do I know if the dealership has been paid?

If you supplied an email address for the client, they will be notified that payment has been successful with a receipt, but how does you dealership know if the payment has been successful?

There are a handful of ways you users will be notified:

  • The user that created the payment request will be emailed, as well as specific users that have been setup in the dealership settings.

  • The Notification pane (top right corner)

  • The Service (Table View)

  • The Payment Summary Pane

For reconciliation, refunds or enquiries - the dealer should use the Stripe Console.

Parts Payments

Collecting a payment for your parts is very similar to service. One difference is the email address that you send your invoice to. To find your email address for your parts department.

Vehicle Deposits

Vehicle deposits are also similar to parts and Service Invoices. Send your sales contracts to the deals (not deliveries) email address.

Make sure the client contact details are correct, deal No. for bank reconciliation, and then enter the Deposit Amount below.

Once you are confident of the client details click 'Request Deposit' and then the client is sent a similar payment portal.
