Automatically, Drivible sends small review requests to your clients which obtains actionable feedback for your users.
By default reviews are enabled, but dealerships on the paid plan can disabled reviews via dealerships settings.
Test Drives
After a test drive is Finished, a review SMS and email is sent 24 hours later to the client.
The link on the SMS and email takes the client to a secure website portal where they are invited to share their feedback. The are asked two questions only:
How was your test drive experience?
How do they rate the vehicle?
Deliveries
After a delivery has been completed (which is when a document is uploaded with the status = Delivery), a review request is sent 7 days later via the clients email and SMS. Two questions are asked:
How was your experience?
How would your rate your vehicle?
Service
When a service is completed (which is 7 days after an ro is uploaded or 1 day after a service invoice is uploaded), a review request is sent via SMS and email. Two questions are also asked:
How was your service experience?
How would you rate your vehicle?
Feedback
Depending on the threshold set in the dealership settings. The user who is assigned to the client and any users added in the dealership settings will be sent an email notification if either of the ratings is less than the threshold set.
In addition, reviews are available to all users via the Event Feed.
They can be filtered by using the hashtag filter #Reviews
