The Drivible platform has been designed to be simple to save your dealerships documents, but by integrating AI - finding your documents is even easier.
Simply enter in a search term that is typically found on the first page of your document. For example when looking for a contract, use search terms such as:
Deal Number
Client Name
Mobile/Cell
Email
Rego Plate
VIN
You can also narrow your search by adding additional information such:
Make
Model
Address
Salesperson
WARNING: When scanning or saving your documents, only the first page is cataloged for search using AI. The first page of your scan must thereby be the contract page, service repair order, invoice etc.
Looking at your data as a list
You can also view your data as a Table View.
Here you can filter and sort the data based on the criteria that suits you.
You can also add or remove columns.
