With Drivible, the dealership is in complete control over their users access. At the start of each month, Drivible will take a snapshot of the number of active users per dealership and depending on your billing plan charge your account based on the number of users.

Therefore, both from a cost perspective and also a user security point of view, the Group Admin for your dealership should monitor who is active for your dealership and set them to Archive if they no longer need access.

Users are not deleted and their activity is always saved.

Set a User as Archived

To view your dealerships active users:

  • Go to the Filter Status = Active

  • Note the number of Active users (in the example below = 64)

If you notice a user should be Archived. Click on the User and then change their Status = Archive.

In the next billing cycle, this user won't be charged.
