Dealer admins are busy and they often don't have the time to setup new users. To make your dealership more efficient, we have now enabled the ability for anyone to invite a new user. Admins still have the ability to control access levels and paid users.

Steps
1. Click on the Invite User icon in the top-right hand corner.
2. Type in the username of the email address of the user. (Don't type in the @domain.com)
3. Select the domain of the user.
Note: For security reasons. Only domains that are used by other users within your Dealership Group are available. Therefore external email domains can't be used. If the users domain isn't listed, then please contact your Dealership Admin to setup an user account.
4. The invited user will then be sent an email notification requesting them to setup a password and also add a name and mobile number.
5. Admins need to Activate the account before full usage is possible.
Note that until an Admin has activated the account and added User access, the Invited users have restricted usage so they can only see documents that have been shared with them or created by them.
Group & Dealership Admins
Invited users are created with a special status of 'Invited'. Invited users are not charged to your dealership, but they also have restricted usage.
Admins will be sent a notification requesting them to Activate the user. Simply click on the link and Activate the user.
Before you can save, admins will also need to select the profile and access levels.
