Updated over a month ago

Drivible eSign has been designed to make it easy for you to get acceptance from your clients, but it is also amazingly simple for your clients to get their new car faster.

Step 1 - Terms & Conditions Setup

Make sure all your terms and conditions are setup for your dealership. To learn how to do this click here.

If your dealership also wants the option to collect Deal Deposits in the same process, you also need to setup stripe

Step 2 - Upload your Sales Contract Deal

  • This can done via the Drag & Drop upload or via your dealerships unique email address.

Step 3 - Send to Client

  • If the user also wants to include the deposit as part of the Contract eSign, then enter in a deposit amount.

  • Click [Send]

  • Ensure Request Deposit is selected -> If you want a deposit

  • Ensure Request eSign is selected -> if you want an eSignature

  • Select the appropriate Terms & Conditions you would like to get Accepted.

Terms and Conditions will be displayed to the client in the order you select them. 1, 2, 3, 4 ...... If you don't like the order, deleted them and start again.

Step 4 - eSign in-person or remote

  • You have the ability to electronically eSign your sales contract with your client in your dealership.

  • Simply, select 'Sign Now' and [Send Request].

  • The Client will also be sent an SMS and email with the requests, where they can choose to sign on your computer or on their own device.

    • If you don't want to eSign on your dealership PC, leave the 'Sign Now' flag unchecked.

Step 5 - Client Signs

Your client is taken to a secure portal, where they will be requested to enter in their credit card details or use ApplePay or AndroidPay (if requested).

If a deposit was not requested, then the client is taken directly to the eSign section. They simply need to read the terms and conditions and then click on [Accept]. If there is multiple terms and conditions to accept, then they will be shown in the order you selected them in the Drivible dealer portal.

Your client also has the option to choose to View an AI Summary. This is to help your client to understand the legal terms in a more straight-forward language. They CANNOT accept the terms in this view.

Once all terms and conditions are accepted. Then the client will be required to type their name and then click on [Sign]

Your client has now signed the terms and conditions of the contract.

The client is sent an email of the eSigned contract and can also view on the portal, by downloading it.

You can view the signed contract in the Deals section of Drivible.
