Question: What is your definition of a dealership, for pricing purposes?
Answer
Generally, our definition of a dealership is a roof-top or location. Similar to what Google maps would consider a ‘place’ for reviews. We have other services such as ePayments and eSign and sometimes dealers have separate branding that they would like under separate dealerships.
Practically speaking. You will want a separate dealership setup where you will want to keep the access to documents separate from different users. For example, you may have a GM/DP at one site who you do not want seeing at another site (same for service managers, sales managers etc.). User setup and access levels can be quite granular, however if you don’t have dealerships setup separately you can’t distinguish in the user setup.
While our pricing seems quite fixed, we mainly do this to provide transparency, but we can be flexible if it is required.
Also, different ‘dealerships’ can be on different plans. i.e. your larger dealership on the Dealership plan and smaller dealerships on the Teams plan.
We also have our Benchmark plan, which is a custom setup for larger groups where we quote based on a unique situation that isn’t standard. To quote this we would need:
Total dealership sites preferred.
Total Users
Estimated documents saved per month
ROs
Deal Packs

Question: Do you integrate with our DMS?
Answer: No
Drivible does not yet integrate with any Dealership Management Systems. We are currently DMS agnostic. This means that you can migrate between different DMS systems and not lose access to your documents.
However, we are open to adding integrations, especially things like creating a missing documents report, so we can let you know which documents haven't been scanned into our system yet. Although we have a basic version of this already if you send us a CSV export.
We could also add things like reconciling eInvoice and Accounts Payable.
Let us know if you'd like us to integrate with your DMS and of course which DMS system you are currently using.
Without any requests for other systems, we'll most likely integrate with Titan DMS, simply because of the ease of use of their system.
