Custom Fields

With Drivible you can now create custom labels and fields to better manage your documents and data.

When using Drivible, have you ever thought "I wish they had this specific field?, it would make my life so much easier!". Well you are not alone, and it has been one of the top suggestions from our users. Wish no more!

Now you can use Drivible, not just for managing your documents but also for managing your processes and workflows.

To get started, simply ask an Admin within your company to create a Custom Field via the Admin Menu.

Like all Panes, simply click on the + to create a new Custom Field.

Example: Many dealerships have asked us to create a process flow to manage their warranty claims. With Drivible this is simple.

Labels

Field Label

The Primary Label that users see in panes, columns and exports

Scope

Is the field across the dealership group or just for one dealer.

Description

To help users understand its purpose

Data Type

What type of field is it and what formatting do you want to enforce.

Display Decorations

Do you want symbols added to field. eg. '$'

Is Viewable

Do you want the field hidden from users and only used by API and reports.

Is Searchable

Do you want the text searchable in the searchbar.

Order

Do you want to priorities some fields over others.

Once saved, the field will now be available within your Panes and can be used by your users.

The Fields are also available within the 'Table View' and the data can be exported via csv.

Custom Fields and Custom Emails, are features only available for Dealerships with 20+ users. This feature is currently in Beta and is available as a trial for all dealerships, however once fully released user limits will apply.
