The Drivible goal is to eliminate waste and increase productivity for car dealerships - that is why we created the ability to process test drives and loan cars with no paper forms.
Create a Client
To create a test drive or loan car, you must first create a client.
Step 1. Client
Step 2. Create +
Step 3. Enter in client details
If the client email or mobile already exists - then it will prompt the user to select the existing client to avoid double-ups.
If the client doesn't already exist then you should add the Drivers Licence
You can then capture a drivers licence using the webcam on your computer.
Step 4. [Save]
Add a Test Drive
Once the client has been saved you can add documents or actions. To add a test Drive go to Test Drives, then Create +
Step 5. Add Test Drive Details
Loan Type - eg. Accompanied Test Drive
Rego, Stock # or Trade Plate
Model Details
Step 6. [Save]
The client will then be sent an SMS and Email with a link to Accept your Terms and Conditions.

Step 7. The client is invited to [Finish] their Unaccompanied test drive, or the dealership user can manually Finish the test drive on the clients behalf.
Monitoring Test Drives
You can view the status of Test Drives by going to Drives > Menu > Table View
